December 2010 Newsletter
The Lorain County Libertarian Party
Welcome friends and members of the Lorain County Libertarian Party. It is hard to believe that this is the last newsletter of 2010! This has been a remarkable year for our party. We have had two successful fund raisers, fielded local and state candidates, participated in both the Columbia Township Homedays Festival and the Lorain County Fair, recruited many new volunteers, and signed up numerous new members. 2011 is already looking to be even better as we are already planning several fundraisers and are looking forward to participating in even more events. If you haven’t been personally involved in our party, now is the time to do so. We need volunteers to help plan events, bring fresh ideas, and help us spread the libertarian message. If you are interested you can contact us through the telephone number at the top of this site, or visit our Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Lorain-County-Libertarian-Party/182552231762165.b.
I am pleased to announce that Kalin Stipe has become the Deputy Communications Director of the LPO. » read more

November Newsletter
Lorain /County Libertarian Party
Welcome members and friends of the Lorain County Libertarian Party. It has been a very busy couple of months for us. Across the country the Libertarian Party had over 800 candidates running for various local, state, and national offices! In Ohio alone we had candidates for every state office as well as several candidates for US Senate and House offices . The Lorain County Libertarian Party fielded two candidates for the Ohio House. Kudos go out to Bob Williams and Josh Robertson for their campaigns for the Ohio house of representatives. All in all our candidates faired well. With this being the first election in which we ran an entire slate of candidates in Ohio we had a goal of obtaining 5% of the vote . All of our candidates came very close to, or exceeded, that goal. Thank you to all of our candidates and their campaign volunteers for helping to spread the libertarian message across the state and the nation. » read more

September 2010 Newsletter
Lorain County Libertarian Party
Welcome to the September edition of the Lorain County Libertarian Party newsletter. With the elections fast approaching this edition will feature a short profile of all of our local and state candidates. This may possibly be the most important election that any of us has ever experienced. The only way that we can make a difference is to vote. This is the most important weapon that we as American citizens have in forcing real change on capital hill and in Columbus, Ohio. If you vote for a Libertarian Party candidate you can vote with the confidence that you are voting for a candidate who cares about the people and does not have allegiances to the Republican or Democratic parties. Instead, they have an allegiance to you, their constituants. The Libertarians are the only candidates who will fulfill their constitutional duty as a representative to simply represent you, the people. From the smallest municipality to the federal government, our candidates are the only ones who will fight hard to shrink government, lower taxes, and keep your personal liberties safe. Please vote this November, and please vote libertarian. » read more
