Libertarian Candidates Attend Town Hall Meeting

Sandusky — Saturday January 30^th was an exciting day for Northwest Ohio Libertarians. A Citizens Town Hall Meeting was held at the Lyman Waterfront Banquet Hall in Sandusky, and five Libertarian candidates along with some others were given the opportunity to address the approximately two hundred attendees. Clearly, the Libertarian Party of Ohio was well represented as our Libertarian candidates represented a plurality of those who presented.

The mood of the meeting from the decorations, through the opening and including the format was one of sensible patriotism. People there were seeking candidates who “get it,” and the Libertarian speakers didn’t disappoint them. Congressional Candidate, Joe Jaffe, and U.S. Senate hopeful, Jeremy Swartz fired up the crowd with stem winders and their immense energy.
